Simply log-on with your email address and password, 0and then follow the link ‘Your Account’ at the top of the web page. All your orders from the current year will be listed there with their current processing status. To see the details and the processing history of a specific order, simply click on the order number.

No, unfortunately that is not currently possible. You will have to upload your image again and configure the order, before completing the order normally. If you would like us to offer your designs as a collection, please contact us as a reseller. To do so, please use our contact form.

There you can edit your address and change your password. You can also add a different delivery address. Please don't forget to save your changes before exiting.

Yes, after logging in with your email address and password, follow the link ‘Your Account’ at the top of the web page. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab. There you can choose your preferred language. Next time you log-on this language will automatically be selected. You will also receive all processing correspondence in this language. You will also be able to choose between the available currencies in this section. Please don't forget to save your changes before exiting.
